Nicholas Topping

Nicholas Topping is the founder of Topping Technologies, an IT VAR and Services company established in 2017, emphasizing a "Customer First Customer Last" philosophy. In addition, Nicholas Topping founded, produces, and hosts the Topping Talks Podcast since November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Territory Manager at Aruba, where Nicholas Topping generated over $1.7 million in pipeline in just 90 days and managed a team of inside sales representatives. Nicholas Topping has also held roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, achieving significant quota attainment and mentoring new hires. Early career experiences include consulting sales and digital marketing for McGrath Family of Dealerships and founding Topper's Craigslist. Nicholas Topping earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Management & Organization from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
