They have served in various roles, including as Design Lead for Freelance projects and Senior Design Manager at The Walt Disney Company, where they managed a diverse design team and spearheaded creative for Disney's streaming initiatives. Currently, Jay holds the position of Art Director at The Topps Company, leading the graphic design team in the trading card and collectibles business. Jay's passion for delivering world-class creative is complemented by a commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative team environment. They earned a BA Hons 2.1 in Graphic Design from the Surrey Institute of Art & Design, University.
