Gokce Bilyay

Gokce Bilyay is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in founding and leading companies across various sectors. Currently serving as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TOPRAQ since February 2020, Gokce also co-founded Solarpower in January 2016 and has held key roles at Odine as both a Board Member and Chief Executive Officer since March 2018. In addition, Gokce has been a Board Member and Founder & CEO of Verscom Carrier Voice since May 2004 and co-founded Verscom Solutions, serving from March 2005 to March 2018. Prior experience includes General Manager at Gelgit Technologies from March 2002 to October 2008 and Associate Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble from 1998 to 2002. Gokce Bilyay holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Boğaziçi University, obtained in July 1998, and completed education at Robert College from 1988 to 1994.
