Natalie Ross has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Natalie is currently the Founding Collaborator and Head of Chapter Leadership and Growth at CMO Collaborative since May 2023. Before this, Natalie was a Partner at TopRight starting from October 2020. Prior to that, they founded BrightBlue Branding in May 2014 and served as Founder until August 2019. Natalie also has experience as the Co-Founder and General Manager of BackPeddle, a social media app, from 2012 to 2014. Before venturing into entrepreneurship, they worked as a Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at a brand consultancy called 800 Degrees from 2003 to 2012. Natalie's earlier career includes roles as a Senior Consultant at Landor Associates from 2002 to 2003, a Consultant at Interbrand from 1999 to 2002, and a Marketing Manager at MasterCard International from 1997 to 1999.
Natalie Ross earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies and Economics from American University from 1985 to 1989. Natalie later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in International Marketing from the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 1993 to 1995.
