Caden Roy has developed a diverse skill set through various roles in food service, trading, operations, and entrepreneurship. Experience at Dirt Farm Brewing as a Food Service Worker honed organizational and communication skills, while a position as a Futures Trader at Topstep involves trading in the NASDAQ. An Operations and Data Assistant role at Abernethy and Spencer showcased Caden’s capability in data management and problem-solving. Prior experience includes sales and cash handling at Great Country Farms and entrepreneurship through a mobile window washing business. Caden laid the groundwork for a strong work ethic with a neighborhood landscaping business, serving the community from 2018 to 2021. Caden graduated from Woodgrove High School in 2024 and is currently pursuing a degree in Finance at Virginia Tech.
