Tracy Hepler is a seasoned brand and product marketing leader with over 15 years of experience in crafting compelling narratives for various companies, including Google, Pinterest, and R/GA. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Brand & Communications at Topstep, Tracy previously founded an award-winning website, Your Daily Thread, and has held significant roles in major organizations, spearheading marketing strategies and campaigns. Tracy's expertise lies in integrating strategy with storytelling, particularly at the intersection of technology, creativity, and culture. A graduate of UC Santa Barbara with a BA in Cultural Anthropology and Communications, they continue to advance their education at The Wharton School.
