Bob Baron

Bob Baron is currently the Head of Engineering at TopstepTrader. Bob has previously worked at Nomis Solutions from January 2018 to January 2022, where they were the Head of Engineering. During their time at Nomis Solutions, Bob was responsible for leading the company's transition from consulting and custom development to full-blown product development. Bob also oversaw the company's software management and people leadership, taking the company from 150 employees to a much larger organization.

Bob is an expert in feeding ideas, experience, and management into the design and implementation of applications, processes, and best practices. Bob has a wealth of experience in developing cutting-edge behavioral data science solutions that deliver market-leading cloud-based pricing and profitability management solutions and insights. Bob is a strong believer in the importance of bringing the right people on board, and they have established a mentality of technical leadership with people skills at Nomis Solutions. Bob has also created mentorship programs at previous organizations and plans to do the same at TopstepTrader.

Bob Baron has a BS in Computer Science from Stevens Institute of Technology. Bob is certified by the CryptoCurrency Certification Consortium as a Certified Bitcoin Professional. Bob is also certified by Scrum, Inc. as a Scrum at Scale Advanced Trainer and by the Scrum Alliance as a Certified Scrum Master.
