Terry Caster is a versatile professional with over 20 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity. They previously served as the Director of IT Service Management at Nike, where they enhanced operational efficiency and led significant IT initiatives. Terry has also held key positions at Oracle and Sun Microsystems, focusing on IT management and operational processes. Currently, Terry is the Director of IT and Cybersecurity at Topstep, leading the organization’s technology strategy and cybersecurity programs. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with an emphasis on International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder.
