Tracy Hepler

Tracy Hepler is a brand and communications leader currently serving as the Senior Director at Topstep. With over 15 years of experience, Tracy has previously held significant roles at Google, Pinterest, BBDO, and R/GA, where they contributed to global campaigns and product marketing strategies. Tracy co-founded Your Daily Thread and has expertise in brand strategy, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration. They are also engaged in responsible tech and mission-driven innovation, while pursuing executive education at The Wharton School and a degree in Cultural Anthropology and Communications from UC Santa Barbara.
