Alexander Danilenko is an accomplished software architect and technology executive with extensive experience in leading engineering teams and developing innovative software solutions. Currently serving as Chief Software Architect at Toptal since January 2012, Alexander focuses on empowering a team of skilled architects while previously holding the position of CTO, overseeing an engineering organization of over 200 personnel. Prior to joining Toptal, Alexander co-founded Oklient and flime.ru, and served as CTO at GlavSkidka, contributing to business strategy and technical solutions. Alexander's career began at NetCracker, where leadership and development of enterprise software for major network providers were key responsibilities. Alexander holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology.
