Bill Tsingos is currently the General Counsel at Toptal, a global freelance talent network. Prior to this, Tsingos served as VP and General Counsel at Bottomline Technologies, a fintech company, and Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Legal Officer at Plymouth Rock Assurance Corp. Bill has also worked at law firms like Posternak Blankstein & Lund LLP and Hale and Dorr LLP, as well as in various educational and governmental positions such as at Harvard University and the U.S. Department of State. Tsingos holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School, as well as degrees from the University of Oxford and Harvard University.
