Jeff Benesch is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, strategy, and revenue growth across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Toptal since January 2026, Jeff previously held the same role at Zero®, where efforts focused on commercialization and global production of carbon-neutral fuels. Prior to that, Jeff led innovation programs at Amazon Web Services, overseeing AI and product management initiatives, after managing significant sales operations at Amazon Business.
