Mert Acik

Mert Acik is an experienced UX and product design professional with a diverse background in leading design initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as UX Lead at apostrophy (formerly genieology), Mert has collaborated with notable brands including First Abu Dhabi Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, and Al-Futtaim Group. Prior roles include Product Designer at Toptal, Lead UX Architect at Afiniti, and UX Lead at Vodafone, where Mert drove the group UX strategy in Turkey and facilitated design workshops. Mert's expertise encompasses consultation on UX/UI design, user acquisition, agile collaboration with technology teams, and the application of design methodologies. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Design from Domus Academy and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics from Sabanci University.
