Michael Valocchi

Michael Valocchi is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management consulting and leadership roles. Currently serving as General Manager for Management Consulting at Toptal, Michael has also co-founded the Executive Council Network (ECN) and holds the position of President of the Board of Directors at Merivis. A Leadership Austin graduate, Michael previously held significant roles at Cognizant, including Senior Vice President and Head of Cognizant Consulting for the Americas, as well as Senior Vice President of DS&T Strategy & Transformation. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University and completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
