Milana Cap is a seasoned WordPress Engineer with extensive experience in custom development and public speaking within the WordPress community. Currently at XWP since January 2022, Milana specializes in extending WordPress core and creating custom Gutenberg blocks. As a public speaker since April 2018, Milana has contributed to numerous conferences, delivering talks on topics such as WP-CLI and WordPress management. Milana's freelance work spans various notable organizations, including Harvard Medical School and Toptal, where skills are applied in building custom plugins, automating workflows, and integrating APIs. With previous roles as a project lead and backend developer, along with a foundational education from the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad, Milana combines technical expertise with a strong commitment to community engagement.
