Neeraj A is a technology leader and Director of Engineering at Toptal, with a rich background in various roles including CTO, VP, and Solutions Architect. Neeraj co-founded a startup and scaled its engineering unit significantly, while also leading agile transformations across teams. With extensive international experience and expertise in domains such as IT, Telecom, and Cloud Computing, Neeraj has been recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in Agile practices. Neeraj holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, and a BTech from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
