Neil Pickard

Neil Pickard is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in enterprise sales and human capital management. Currently serving as Head of Enterprise Sales at Toptal since December 2017, Neil has also held multiple senior roles including Global Enterprise Sales Director and Regional Enterprise Sales Director. Prior to Toptal, Neil worked at ADP as District Manager, implementing strategies to enhance workforce management. Neil's career began at Aerotek, where responsibilities included account management and full-cycle recruiting. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Penn State University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Smeal College of Business.
