Olivia Passoni

Olivia Passoni, CVA, has extensive experience in financial consulting and advisory roles, currently serving as an Independent Financial Consultant at Valithea and a Finance Expert at Toptal since 2014 and 2017, respectively. Prior to these positions, Olivia worked as a Senior Consultant in M&A at TJP Advisory & Management Services, providing support for M&A transactions, financial modeling, and liquidity planning. Previous roles include Senior Assistant in Valuations at Grant Thornton Unitreu, focusing on business valuations and capital markets advisory, and Research Analyst in Advisory Services at Grant Thornton International, with a focus on financial research and M&A strategies. Olivia began her career with brief internships at IdentiCert and Allianz Reinsurance. Olivia holds a BA Hons in German and Management Studies from the University of Leeds.
