Sam Pigott

Sam Pigott is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and product strategy. Currently serving as the General Manager of AI at Toptal since June 2025, Pigott previously held the role of Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Product at Sparrow, where significant achievements included raising over $10 million in financing and doubling revenue through a data-driven product strategy. Prior roles feature influential positions such as Chief Product Officer and General Manager of the AI Division at Microblink, where Pigott led teams to innovate and expand product offerings. A co-founder of both Sparrow and SourcePad, Pigott has a strong entrepreneurial background, enhancing product development and fostering collaboration across organizations to drive growth and efficiency. Educated at Wake Forest University with a B.S. in Management Information Systems, Pigott has also contributed to public affairs at the Harvard Kennedy School.
