Sean Grim, CPA, MBA, is a seasoned management consultant currently with Toptal since March 2025. Previously, Sean served as Senior Director of IT Business Services at Utz Brands, Inc., where responsibilities included enhancing business efficiencies and implementing best practices across various departments. As President of SG Consulting, expertise in financial strategy for consumer goods and SaaS companies was showcased. Sean held significant leadership positions at ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems and AAA Carolinas, optimizing financial processes and developing budgeting strategies. A long tenure at Snyder's-Lance, Inc. involved various finance roles, including Director of Strategic Projects and Corporate Controller.
