Stephen Schirr

Stephen Schirr is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing operations, business performance, and financial management. Currently serving as VP of Marketing Operations at Toptal since February 2023, Stephen previously held various executive roles at Toptal, including Interim VP of Talent Operations and Interim VP of Operations. Prior to Toptal, Stephen was the EOR Operations Lead at Panther, managing strategic initiatives across multiple domains. Additionally, experience includes roles at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Mississippi as an Accountant and at Cotton & Company LLP as a Senior Accountant. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University's Costello College of Business.
