Vitaly Rubtsov

Vitaly Rubtsov is an experienced design professional currently serving as a Senior Designer / Design Director at Toptal since February 2020, collaborating with startups across various sectors including travel, fintech, and fitness. Previously, Vitaly held the position of Lead Product Designer at InVideo, where responsibilities included the complete redesign of a mobile product and the design of AI-integrated video creation tools. At Argyle, Vitaly managed mobile app design and integration with fintech services while also directing marketing design. Prior experience includes roles at KAYAK, where Vitaly contributed to the user experience of mobile applications for a leading travel metasearch engine, and various design positions at agencies such as Yalantis and Big Drop Inc. Vitaly began a freelance career in graphic and web design while earning a Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts from Taras Shevchenko National University of Luhansk.
