Jim Krawczyk

Jim Krawczyk has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jim currently serves as the President of TopTier Palletizers, a leading manufacturer of industrial and robotic palletizers and stretch wrappers. Prior to this, Krawczyk held the position of General Manager at Highlight Industries from 2017 to 2021.

Jim also has a strong background in strategy and business development, having served as the Group Strategy & Business Development Officer at Segezha Group from 2013 to 2015. During their time at Segezha Group, they were responsible for creating the company's strategic vision, identifying new markets and potential acquisitions, and rationalizing operations. Jim was also the President of the Emerging Markets Region, overseeing sales, operations, and finance of international manufacturing business across Eastern Europe, Turkey, Middle East, and North Africa from 2009 to 2013.

Furthermore, Krawczyk held various leadership roles at Segezha Group, including General Manager & Interim Plant Director and Group Technical Director responsible for the strategic development of production resources in multiple factories across Europe, Russia, and Turkey. Jim successfully led the development of a new factory in Russia, ahead of schedule and within budget.

Additionally, Krawczyk has consulting experience as a Strategy Consultant and M.B.A. Intern at L.E.K. Consulting in 2001.

Jim Krawczyk holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. Jim also obtained a Master's Degree in International Management from High Point University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University.
