Dakota Hebert

Dakota Hebert is a Software Engineer and Test Engineer at Torc Robotics since September 2020, possessing experience in automating fuel testing processes to significantly reduce testing time. Prior to this role, Dakota worked as a Research Assistant at LSU Combustion Lab from January 2017 to September 2020, contributing to projects that enhanced fuel testing efficiency. Dakota also served as a Senior Engineering Intern at Thermal and Fluids Solutions Group, LLC, performing sub-scale testing and controls tuning of advanced thermal management systems in 2019. Additionally, Dakota's early experience includes a Research Assistant position at the Louisiana State University Tangible Visualization Lab, where the focus was on creating musical devices for visually impaired students, along with 3D modeling and printing. Dakota holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University, completed in June 2020.
