Tim Travis

Tim Travis, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, MHRM, currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at Torc Robotics, where responsibilities include developing and implementing compensation, benefits, and payroll services strategies. Previously, Tim held the position of Director of Compensation at Carilion Clinic, overseeing holistic compensation programs for a not-for-profit health care system. Prior to that, Tim worked as the Total Rewards Manager/HR Senior Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, focusing on Total Rewards strategy and program redesign. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Global Compensation and Organization Design at Owens & Minor and roles as Senior Training Manager and Senior Human Resource Consultant at Capital One Services, Inc. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Master's in Human Resources from the University of North Florida.
