Why TORCH?
1. Industry-Savvy Consultants
Because we specialize in industrial automation, we have deep relationships and can introduce companies and positions based on hiring background, company conditions, and corporate culture.
In addition, our consultants have in-depth knowledge of the industry, enabling us to smoothly grasp your experience and skills and provide career advice aligning with your needs.

2. Sincere Career Support
We will suggest suitable companies or positions after understanding your experience and aspirations. Of course, we will not force you to change jobs. Even if you are not looking to change jobs immediately, we will provide you with information on industry trends and long-term career support.

3. Focusing on quality over quantity
The number of jobs TORCH introduces to you may be smaller than that of a typical recruitment agency. Rather than blindly introducing you to a large number of jobs, we focus on positions that truly match your experience or allow you to pursue new possibilities.

Finding a new job is a big decision that will change your career for life. Your career is important to us, so please do not hesitate to contact us for general advice on how you should take it to the next level.
