Abtin Hamidi

Abtin Hamidi has had a long and successful career in the logistics industry. Abtin began their career in 2006 as the National Sales Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Director at Echo Global Logistics. In 2011, they moved to E la Carte Inc. as the Director of Sales. In 2012, they were appointed President of XPO Logistics, Inc. and in 2013 they became Vice President of BAM Worldwide and Co-Founder, Board Member, and EVP of Cargo Chief. In 2017, they joined Cargomatic, Inc. as Vice President and in 2019 they became the Founder/CEO of Torch.

Abtin Hamidi obtained their Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Rhetoric from Eastern Illinois University between 1998 and 2001. Abtin then continued their studies at Eastern Illinois University and earned their Master of Arts in Rhetorical Theory in 2002.
