Author of "Untapped Value: The Power of Meaningful Competence®"
Creator of the Meaningful Competence® Toolkit. Developer of The My Value App.

Imagine an organization in which there is agreement on what value looks like and how to communicate it. Imagine being able to have employee appraisal discussion based on objective data produced throughout the year. Imagine being freed from evaluation based on outdated goals, perceptual disagreements, and misunderstood expectations.

Imagining having a self-evaluation tool that clarifies exactly what's getting in the way of creating more value and getting recognized for that value. Imagine having an employee-driven learning organization. Imagine knowing how to talk to subordinates, supervisors, and mentors and learn what will get you recognition for your current job and in your industry.

All these benefits will move from imagination to reality as you implement the Meaningful Competence Toolkit through The My Value App in your life and in your organization.

Start using a toolkit that makes value visible and differentiates talent. Use a toolkit that reveals which employees have turned their years of experience into the value that accelerates success. Attract and retain the talent you want. Keep that talent engaged with the clear knowledge of the value they're delivering to you and to themselves.

Implement the Meaningful Competence Toolkit through The My Value App. Take Talent Development to a new level.
