Norm Mitchell has over two decades of military and strategic planning experience. Currently serving as a Strategic Planner at Torch Technologies, Inc. since December 2019, Norm previously had a distinguished career with the United States Marine Corps from December 1999 to December 2019, where the role encompassed functioning as an F/A-18 Weapon Systems Officer and Forward Air Controller. Norm holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Pensacola Christian College, earned between 1995 and 1999.
