Phil Wright

Phil Wright is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in defense systems and telecommunications. Currently serving as a Senior Defense System Analyst at Torch Technologies, Inc., Phil is focused on the design and development of command, control, and communication models for air and missile defense system simulations, as well as analyzing simulation outputs to support testing. Prior to this role, Phil spent over two decades at ADTRAN, where responsibilities included driving lean-agile methodologies across global R&D, enhancing software engineering capabilities, and managing software development teams. Phil's career began at IBM, contributing to the design of microcontroller-based CPU cards. Phil holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor's degree from The University of Alabama.
