Andrea Gemma, PCC, is a seasoned transformational, executive, and leadership coach with a career spanning over two decades. Currently leading Andrea Gemma Coaching since September 2012, Andrea also serves as an executive coach for ClientWise LLC and Lee Hecht Harrison, and as a leadership coach for Torch. Andrea's previous experience includes roles at Raymond James Financial, where responsibilities included managing talent development consulting and leading leadership development programs, and at Bank of America, where evaluation of learning effectiveness was a focus. Andrea started the professional journey at Lowe's and Wachovia, with expertise in human capital research and performance consulting. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and two Master's degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, along with a professional coaching certification from the University of Miami.
