Chris Shea has over 15 years of experience in sales and operations. Chris began their professional career in 2005 as a Sales Representative at Bloomberg LP. During their time at Bloomberg, they also held the roles of Analytics Manager and Global Customer Support. In 2010, Chris joined Credit Suisse as Vice President, where they were responsible for Western Region Sales and Marketing for AES. In 2013, Chris moved to Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Vice President, where they created and maintained buyside and sellside institutional relationships for algorithmic trading strategies across multiple asset classes. In 2014, Chris joined Glassdoor as an Enterprise Account Executive, where they were responsible for generating new business amongst prospective clients and demonstrating the value of Glassdoor. Chris then held the roles of Enterprise Account Manager, Senior Manager of Deal Desk, and Associate Director of Sales Operations before becoming the Director of Sales Operations. In 2021, Chris joined Torch as Senior Director of Sales Operations, where they help learning and development leaders design, manage, and measure employee development across their organization.
Chris Shea graduated from Boston University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and National Security Studies.
