David Rothauser is a psychoanalyst, executive, and team coach with over fifteen years of experience in leadership and human development. Currently serving as an Executive and Leadership Coach at Heresy Consulting and a Coaching Supervision Chair for the US Region of the Association for Coaching, David engages senior leaders and their teams in transformative dialogue and experimentation. Previous roles include Director of Program Design and Leadership Development at STEM-Ed Innovators and Senior Program Manager at New Visions for Public Schools. David has also provided psychoanalytically-informed therapy and coaching in various educational and organizational contexts, and continues to pursue advanced studies in psychoanalysis and education.
