Frederic Joye

Fred Joye is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the technology and venture capital sectors. As the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Arcanys Ventures since September 2016, Fred has redefined venture capital by providing not just financial support, but also dedicated tech teams and seasoned advisors to startups. Fred co-founded Arcanys in July 2010, which is renowned for offering top-tier software development talent in the Philippines. In addition, Fred holds leadership roles in various organizations including CEO of Sorrento Technology, Co-Founder of Odin Technologies, and a member of YPO, where Fred engages with a global community of chief executives. Fred also contributes to community initiatives as a board member for the Arcanys Early Learning Foundation Inc. and serves as a mentor and leadership coach through Torch, focusing on empowering candidates across the APAC region. Educational credentials include a BSc in Economics, Business Development & Administration from HEIG-VD and studies at the University of Lausanne.
