Heather Conklin

Heather Conklin is the COO at Torch. Heather was previously the SVP & GM of Trailhead at Salesforce from February 2013 to April 2022. Prior to that, they were a product manager at Accenture from June 2006 to January 2013, where they managed all aspects of two back-to-back $5M programs building and deploying a web-based predictive analytics product for the USPS sales force. Heather has led over 30 people on four teams across several business functions including data analytics, software development, and change management.

Heather Conklin earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing and Logistics/Supply Chain Management from the University of Maryland.
