Joana Chang

Joana Chang has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2014, they served as a Talent Acquisition Analyst at AB INAC for two years. In 2016, they joined LLORENTE & CUENCA as a People Talent Analyst for the Andean Region and Bogota Office until 2018. From 2018 to 2021, Joana worked at Spencer Stuart as a Research Associate. In 2021, they became a Student Assistant at Parsons School of Design - The New School. Currently, Joana is working at Torch, holding positions as a Recruiter from May to September 2022, and now as an Experience Manager.

Joana Chang completed their Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Psychology at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú from 2007 to 2013. Joana then pursued further education at Parsons School of Design - The New School from 2021 to 2023, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Strategic Design & Management. In addition, they earned a certification in "Innovation Through Design: Think, Make, Break, Repeat" from The University of Sydney in October 2020.
