Karuna Thomas, PCC, aPHR, is an accomplished leadership coach and Chief Possibility Officer with significant experience in driving organizational growth and fostering diversity and inclusion. Currently serving as a Leadership Coach at EZRA Coaching and Torch, Karuna specializes in developing leaders and managing employee growth on a large scale, impacting over 10,000 leaders across numerous enterprises. Karuna also runs Karuna Thomas Coaching and Consulting, LLC, and contributes to PowerToFly as a virtual event speaker focusing on diversity, equity, inclusivity, and belonging (DEIB). With a robust background in supply chain management, including a role as Senior Manager at Brinker International, Karuna has successfully led global supply chain teams and championed DEI initiatives, underpinned by a certification from Cornell University. Karuna began a career in supply chain at MBM Corporation, progressing through various managerial roles. An alumnus of Bangalore University with a Bachelor of Commerce, Karuna combines a unique blend of coaching expertise, operational acumen, and a passion for nurturing talent and inclusivity.
