Kathryn Coyle, PCC

Kathryn Coyle, PCC has an extensive work experience in the field of coaching and consulting. Kathryn is currently a Senior Manager, Coach Strategy & Operations for Torch since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Founder of Core Coaching & Consulting from 2017 to 2022. From 2013 to 2017, they worked at Life Time Inc. as a Leadership Development Manager and National Opperational Program Manager. In their Leadership Development Manager role, they were responsible for developing leaders through formal certification, workshops, succession planning, and professional coaching. Kathryn also supported team building and departmental business recovery initiatives. In their National Opperational Program Manager role, they were responsible for all levels of performance for 150 studios and over 600 team members. Kathryn drove sales and revenue performance and created new sales presentation and process resulting in an increased closing percentage from 20% to 65%. Kathryn also managed recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes ensuring qualified candidates were set up for a successful and quick ramp. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2013, they were the Founder of Inner Space LLC, Connecticut's largest yoga and Pilates studio. Kathryn specialized in wellness coaching and instructor certification and instructor/business development coaching. Kathryn was featured on NBC and Pilates Style Magazine.

Kathryn Coyle, PCC has an extensive educational background. Kathryn obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a Women, Gender & Social Injustice minor from Michigan State University. Kathryn also holds a Master of Science degree in Leadership & Organizational Development with an Executive Coaching Specialty from The University of Texas at Dallas. Additionally, they have obtained a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2021.
