Luis Costa serves as a CEO and ExCom Coach & Mentor with over 40 years of global experience, specializing in coaching, mentoring, and facilitating strategic retreats for CEOs, business owners, and executive committees amidst uncertainty and rapid change. As a member of the Forbes Coaches Council and the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, Costa contributes insights on CEO development and high-performance management teams. In addition to roles at organizations including Torch and INTER PARES, Costa focuses on supporting family-owned businesses and individuals through advisory services. Prior to current engagements, Costa was Managing Partner at The Change Lab and served as a coach for mid-cap Spanish companies through the Cre100do program.
