Monica Taylor

Monica Taylor, M.Ed., ACC, is an organizational development consultant and coach with extensive experience in leadership development and workplace wellness. Currently serving as the managing partner at Rockett Consultants, LLC, and a career coach at Strawberry.me, Monica also holds roles as a leadership coach for BetterUp and an organizational development consultant for SEIU. Previously, Monica was the Senior Director for School Leadership Development at the Council of Chief State School Officers and served in various educational leadership positions in the District of Columbia Public Schools. Monica earned a Bachelor's degree from Norfolk State University and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Regent University, among other post-graduate studies.
