Olivia Yehorova

Olivia Yehorova has worked in various roles since 2009. Olivia began their career as an HR Generalist at Black Wing Foundation (BWF). Olivia then moved on to become a Recruitment Consultant/Account Lead at Ciklum in 2011. In 2014, they were hired as a Human Resources Business Partner at JUST EAT. In 2015, they were promoted to Human Resources Director at Mobisoft Ltd. In 2017, they opened their own private practice as a Talent & Work-Life Balance Coach | Crises Counselor and HR business consultant. Olivia then worked as a Crises Counselor | Mental Health Consultant for a volunteer project in 2022. That same year, they were hired as a Crises Counselor | Talent Expert at Deeds4kids and as a Talent Coach at Spinach. In 2023, they were hired as a Talent Coach at Torch. Olivia also serves as a Governing Council Member | Mental Health Consultant for the National Psychological Association of Ukraine (NPA).

Olivia Yehorova has a Master's degree in Practical Psychology from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, a Master's Degree in Public Relations & Translation from Dnipropetrovsk University of Economics and Law, and has completed courses with Erickson Coaching International in Solution-Focused Coaching. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as an OH Cards Expert in Transformational Coaching from OH Cards International and as a Professional Behaviours and Motivators Analyst from TTI Success Insights.
