Peter Torrellas

Peter Torrellas serves as President of Cubic Transportation Systems and Senior Vice President of Cubic Corporation, overseeing a $900 million P&L with a focus on innovation, value creation, and mergers and acquisitions within automated fare collection and intelligent traffic systems across multiple regions. Additionally, Peter is a Member of the Management Board at Smart City Works VENTURE STUDIO, where the aim is to integrate physical and digital infrastructure for enhanced urban living. With a wealth of experience in leadership roles, including President of Parsons Corporation's Connected Communities Global Business Unit, Managing Partner at Siemens Advanta, and Head of Smart Cities and Communities at Siemens, Peter has consistently driven digital transformation and sustainability initiatives. Peter has also contributed as a mentor for both Torch and Startupbootcamp, guiding professionals and startups in their growth, while holding advisory roles at CHANGE Environmental and serving as a Fellow at the Center for Neighborhood Technology.
