Phil Osolinski

Phil Osolinski is a professional with a wide range of experience in the fields of customer success, recruiting, venture scouting, talent partnering, venture fellowship, founding and CEO-ing, coaching, market finance analysis, private equity interning, student portfolio management, business consulting, and interning.

In 2021, Phil began working as a Venture Scout for WeFunder and a Venture Fellow for the Venture Cooperative. Phil also started their role as a Customer Success Manager for Torch.

In 2020, Phil was an Embedded Talent Partner for Boom Talent.

In 2019, Phil was the Head Lacrosse Coach for the Olentangy Local School District.

In 2018, Phil founded and became the CEO of Ryze Rewards.

In 2016, Phil worked as a Market Finance Analyst for M/I Financial LLC and as a Private Equity Intern for Fund Evaluation Group, LLC.

In 2015, Phil was a Student Portfolio Manager and BBCG Student Analyst for Butler University, as well as an Intern for The Legacy Wealth Group at Raymond James.

Phil Osolinski obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship Double Major from Butler University between 2012 and 2015. Phil has also obtained a Series 65 certification from FINRA in September 2021, an ELEVATE Accelerator certification from HubSpot in November 2019, and a Startup School certification from Y Combinator in August 2019.
