Richard Brown has extensive experience in leadership development and consulting. Currently serving as the Detachment Commandant for the Marine Corps League and a Leadership Coach at Torch since 2022, Brown focuses on cultivating emerging leaders. As the President and founder of Professional Resource Enhancement, established in 1998, Richard Brown develops strategies to enhance leadership skills. Additionally, Richard has been a Certified Speaker and Trainer with The John Maxwell Company since 2015. Previously, Richard served as a Senior Healthcare Consultant at Pfizer Inc. from 1979 to 2012 and as an Infantry Officer in the United States Marine Corps from 1974 to 1978. Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Resource Management from Oregon State University, earned between 1970 and 1974.
