Helping DefenseTech & autonomous systems companies deliver and scale through DoD contracts. From SBIR, to OTA, to follow-ons, and PoR.

Technology on its own doesn't make or break a DefenseTech company. Confidence does. If the DoD or the board lose confidence in the team, the technology might as well be matchsticks and glue.

The problem with growing fast in this space is finding people who can actually operate in this environment. And the wrong hire hurts a lot more at Series A than it does at Series D.

We only work in DefenseTech and autonomous systems, delivering executive search and engineering staffing. We introduce people who've operated inside DoD programmes before.

What you get is a confident judgement. We make calls on who can and who can't operate in your environment before they ever get in front of you.
