Andy Gordon is a seasoned professional in design and innovation, currently serving as Co-owner and Senior Innovation Designer at Torchbox, an employee-owned digital agency focused on empowering positive change makers. With extensive experience across various sectors, Andy has held roles including Fellow at the RSA, Senior Coach for Innovation and Transformation at &us, and Founder of Figment™, which aims to equip organizations for tackling significant challenges. Notably, Andy has contributed as Senior Manager of Global Breakthrough Innovation at PepsiCo, leading initiatives towards healthier products and sustainability, and has previously worked as a Design Innovation Consultant at Kinneir Dufort and Design Lead at Innovate Product Design.
