Mark B. has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Mark started their career as a Marketing & Events Intern at AKQA, where they promoted the company's brand through digital, PR, and events. Mark then interned as a Strategy & Planning Intern at AKQA, gaining experience in strategic planning and working on projects for clients such as Nivea, BMW, and Marks & Spencer. Mark then became an Associate Strategic Planner at AKQA, providing strategic marketing recommendations for clients like Volvo Cars, BAFTA, and Nivea.

Moving on from AKQA, Mark worked as a Marketing Manager at Six Degrees, where they executed a multichannel communication strategy for the Blockchain Expo, the world's largest blockchain exhibition and conference. Mark then joined Rockpool Digital as an Account Manager, managing client accounts and developing relationships with senior stakeholders.

After their time at Rockpool Digital, Mark joined the UK Hydrographic Office as a Product Manager, owning a portfolio of products and managing their development to meet customer needs. Currently, they are working as a Product Director at Torchbox, an employee-owned digital agency that assists charity and government organizations in creating digital products and services.

Throughout their career, Mark has gained experience in product management, marketing, strategic planning, and account management. Mark has worked with a variety of clients and has a strong understanding of customer needs and business objectives.

Mark B. began their education by completing their A Levels at Bridgwater & Taunton College from 2010 to 2012. Mark then pursued a BSc (Hons) degree in Business Administration at the University of Bath, which they completed from 2012 to 2016. After a gap of two years, Mark B. enrolled in CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing from 2018 to 2020 and earned a Diploma in Professional Marketing. Alongside their formal education, Mark B. obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they completed the UX & UI Online course offered by Experience Haus. In March 2021, Mark B. received the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from Scrum Alliance as well as the Product Focus Certified Product Manager certification from Product Focus. Although there is mention of a "Storytelling for Influence" certification from IDEO, the month and year of attainment are not provided for this particular certification.
