JT Mapel is an experienced marketing and creative strategy professional, currently serving as the Group Account Director at TorchHouse Studio since January 2025. Prior to this role, JT held the position of SVP Director of Creative Strategy at Outrider from February 2023 to April 2025 and at Faction before its rebranding to Outrider from April 2021 to February 2023. JT’s background includes consulting work at Avoca Communications, where brand and agency strategy were developed, and a VP role at Epsilon overseeing client services and strategic growth for Cracker Barrel Restaurants. Earlier experience includes senior consulting positions focused on launching organic food businesses and marketing plans, as well as significant contributions to client relations at Sponge. JT’s foundation in advertising began at DDB, managing major brands such as Budweiser and Mars-Wrigley. JT holds a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Florida Southern College.
