Mark Guterman is a seasoned career coaching professional with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Senior Career Coach at SparkEffect since August 2020, Mark has also held positions at the FDIC as a Career Counselor since March 2015 and as CEO of America's Next Career Center since 2013. Additionally, Mark has been involved with JVS as a Career Coach and Trainer since 1987. As the Principal of MeaningfulCareers.com from January 2005 to December 2019, Mark collaborated with Dan King to guide individuals in finding meaningful work. Mark's previous roles include President of G & G Associates, Adjunct Faculty at John F. Kennedy University, Consultant, Trainer, and Coach at Wardrobe for Opportunity, Director of Career Development at Alchemy Search Partners, and Lead Coach and Trainer at Springboard Forward. Mark holds a Certificate in Core Strengths Coaching from San Francisco State University, a MA in Counseling from Sonoma State University, and a BA in History and Political Science from UCLA.
