Torchinsky Executive Consulting partners with founders, investors, and high-growth businesses to secure leadership that drives results.

We operate at the intersection of executive search, career strategy, and strategic advisory — serving clients from early-stage ventures to multi-jurisdictional investment groups across the globe.

Executive Search. We help founders and investment groups identify and secure leaders capable of driving measurable progress. Our practice focuses on complex, senior-level placements in high-frequency trading, proprietary trading, cryptocurrency, fintech, and broader financial services. We navigate the nuances of compensation, relocation, and cultural fit that make the difference between a hire and the right hire.

Career Strategies. We partner with senior executives navigating critical transitions — whether pursuing new opportunities, repositioning after a setback, or planning a long-term trajectory. Our work includes refined positioning, compelling narratives, and strategic decisions that create tangible access to the right conversations.

Advisory Pods. Traditional advisory models no longer serve the pace and complexity founders face today. Advisory Pods are curated groups of global experts configured to help leaders improve decision quality, eliminate blind spots, and accelerate growth. Precision-built, founder-centric, deployed when needed.

The practice draws on 25 years of experience, hundreds of successful placements, and a global network of over 60,000 decision-makers across finance, technology, and investment. We go beyond introductions. We help clients build the leadership architecture that creates lasting impact. Practical. Precise. Global.
